Johnson & Johnson Medtech in Mexico City is seeking a Product Management Associate to shape product strategies, lead launches, and collaborate with sales and regional marketing to grow a diversified portfolio.

You will work with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market plans, pricing, lifecycle management, and champion product initiatives. Strong English, leadership, and analytic skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• University / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
• 5 years of professional relevant commercial experience including sales and/or marketing.
• Experience in marketing and product management / strategy is desirable.
• Experience in product launches.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent communicator with effective influencing skills.
• Strong leadership & interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated with ability to direct, lead, and motivate self and others.
• Creative thinker, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical & organizational skills.
• The ability to collaborate in a cross-functional and virtual team environment.
• Highly curious with strong customer-centric problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver.

Responsabilidades

• Accountable for product marketing and strategic planning for assigned products/portfolio.
• Work with regional marketing team to plan and execute product development and growth strategies.
• Contribute to the development of brand strategies including value propositions, segmentation, positioning, and lifecycle management.
• Design and drive the go-to-market strategy for entire product portfolio.
• Lead new product launch, ensuring market opportunity, product positioning, sales messaging, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
• Lead pricing activities and ensure best-in-class promotional materials.
• Stay connected with market needs through customer interactions and industry literature.
