Johnson & Johnson’s MedTech division in Juarez, Mexico, is seeking a Line Coordinator to support manufacturing production lines and assure process conformance with specifications. You will schedule lines, coordinate resources, and maintain Kanban while sustaining quality and safety in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Minimum expectations are evidenced by hands-on production line support and adherence to GMP/EHS standards.
• Experience coordinating line logistics, materials, and tooling is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, Kanban, and housekeeping on the manufacturing floor.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule production lines based on supply and demand requirements.
• Ensure equipment and materials are available and properly set up for production.
• Maintain line running with continuous supply of components and tooling.
• Verify calibration and machine setup with maintenance teams.
• Report quality issues and equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Keep workstations clean and organized; manage line-balancing for staffing.
• Record production metrics and assist with line documentation.
