Johnson & Johnson in Juarez is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor IV to lead daily operations in our state-of-the-art facility. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding a team of production personnel and collaborating with support departments.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 6+ years in production supervision, and strong knowledge of GMP, Lean, and EHS standards. Bilingual Spanish-English and ERP proficiency are required for success in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience as production supervisor, 5 years in medical industry preferred.
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation (GMP).
• Basic knowledge of Mexican labor regulations and EHS standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership for daily manufacturing operations and meet safety, quality, and efficiency metrics.
• Supervise production personnel and coordinate with support departments to meet objectives.
• Ensure adherence to Environmental, Health and Safety policies and procedures; support safety initiatives.
• Drive compliance with Quality System and cultivate a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Optimize use of human, capital, and material resources to improve performance.
• Mentor and develop employees; promote talent and effective communication with manufacturing associates.
