Johnson & Johnson in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, is seeking a Senior Engineering Technician to support production equipment repair and maintenance. Under supervision, you will perform electrical, mechanical, electro‑mechanical, and testing tasks across manufacturing, quality, and development areas.

You will calibrate, adjust, verify, and maintain equipment, prepare requisitions for calibration, and generate engineering changes or ECOs as needed. Strong documentation and problem solving are essential.

Formación

• 6 to 8 years of experience preferably related to the position.
• High School, technical career or equivalent.
• Preferably trained in two or more disciplines: electronics, mechanics, production, electro-mechanics, testing, quality and production and process statistical control, bio-medics or industrial.
• Desirable English 60%.
• Desirable GMP/ISO knowledge and quality systems familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Provides support to Principal Technicians or Engineers.
• Operates basic laboratory and manufacturing equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Writes technical reports with graphics and schemes.
• Ensures proper calibration and repair of tools and equipment.
• Documents all changes and participates in ECOs when applicable.
