Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Automation & Reliability Engineer STAFF in Juarez to improve and sustain manufacturing equipment performance. You will reduce downtime, increase availability, and drive maintenance optimization across multiple product platforms.

Join a cross-functional team working with Operations, EHS, Quality, Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure reliable operation and continued operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred disciplines).
• Professional certifications in lean manufacturing and six sigma preferred.
• Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies.
• Experience using reliability assessment tools such as FRACAS and Risk Analysis.
• Experience managing capital equipment replacement projects and long-term asset management plans.
• Experience in medical device/pharmaceutical/manufacturing industries.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP PM or Maximo.

Responsabilidades

• Actively monitoring equipment OEE and developing action plans to improve targets.
• Developing equipment training contents for new technical personnel.
• Maintaining and organizing manufacturing areas to ensure compliance and reliability.
• Collaborating with Supervisors and Engineers to solve equipment issues.
• Scheduling and implementing planned maintenance activities.
• Developing and supporting preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
