Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an experienced Equipment Reliability Engineer to improve and sustain manufacturing equipment performance. You will reduce downtime, boost OEE, and lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs across ETHICON WCH facilities.

Collaboration with Operations, EHS, Quality, and Engineering is essential. The role involves design involvement, equipment lifecycle management, root-cause analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or sciences related.
• Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies.
• Experience with CMMS systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar maintenance management platforms.
• Experience leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Responsabilidades

• Actively monitoring equipment OEE and developing improvement action plans.
• Develop equipment training contents for new technical personnel.
• Maintain and organize manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with service standards and excellence.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Engineers to resolve equipment issues and improve reliability.
• Schedule and execute planned maintenance activities.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance plans to optimize resources.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Environmental policies.
• Lead RCA investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Deploy equipment replacement plans and evaluate new technologies for performance improvements.
• Communicate business issues/opportunities to management and support system management tasks.
