Job summary

Enovis Corporation is seeking an Engineer to advance product design changes from concept to high volume production. You will work with cross-functional teams to design components and assemblies for projects of varying size, applying engineering principles and a data-driven approach.

The role involves hands-on root-cause analysis, test-system design, and collaboration with Manufacturing and Marketing to improve product designs and reliability.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• 1+ Yr. of Experience in Product Development.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks/AutoCAD.
• English spoken intermediate to advanced.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and countermeasures for mechanical and soft-goods.
• Design, verify and implement mechanical product changes to develop optimal counter measures, all with a data driven approach.
• Work with the Manufacturing teams to create processes, tests, and procedures to improve machine reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
• Work with the Marketing teams to enhance Product Designs of legacy products to improve customer experience.
• Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Design diagrams and layouts to illustrate detailed part design
• Identify potential operational issues and basic redesign products to improve functionality
• Maintains GMP documentation in accordance with ISO 13485, FDA, and other regulations.
