Bosch México in Ciudad Juárez is seeking an experienced mechanical/maintenance engineer to implement, maintain and improve manufacturing processes and equipment availability. You will align engineering efforts with Value Stream KPIs, develop TPM procedures, and lead new product introductions and process optimization.

Qualified applicants have 3–5 years in mechanical process/maintenance, GD&T certification, PLC programming experience, and SolidWorks CAD skills; a bachelor’s degree in engineering

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as mechanical process or maintenance engineer.
• GD&T certification is required or preferred.
• Experience with PLC programming and various PLC brands.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Robotics knowledge with Staubli and Fanuc is a plus.
• CAD design experience with SolidWorks or similar.
• Design electromechanical systems for automation or control of manufacturing equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Implement, maintain and improve manufacturing processes and ensure equipment availability.
• Align engineering efforts with Value Stream KPIs and reduce downtime.
• Lead new product introductions, equipment definition, validation, and installation.
• Develop procedures, work instructions, and training materials for processes.
• Create maintenance plans focusing on preventive, predictive and corrective actions.
• Develop TPM instructions, schedules and train TPM technicians.
• Participate in PFMEA and Control Plan for processes and equipment.

3-5 years experience as mechanical/MAE

GD&T certification

PLC programming (Bosch Rexroth, Allen–

Pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and

Robotics: Staubli, Fanuc

CAD design: SolidWorks

Electromechanical design forAutomation

Educación

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics, electromechanical, mechatronics, digital systems and communications engineering, or related fields

Master's degree is preferred
