Bosch México is seeking a Sr. Mechanical Project Leader in Jalisco to act as a sub project leader in OEM development, coordinating cross-functional teams through mechanical engineering activities from development to production.

The role focuses on maintaining quality, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, safe launches and robust risk management across the steering systems domain.

Formación

• Lead cross-functional development teams and controls all mechanical engineering activities.
• Coordinate OEM project components and communicate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Plan, track, and control project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Apply risk management and design for manufacturing considerations.
• Prepare releases and BOMs for steering systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional development teams to deliver mechanical engineering workPackages.
• Coordinate OEM communications and ensure alignment with hardware, software, and system engineering.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule with defined gates and quality processes.
• Drive risk assessment, mitigation, and root cause analysis within the discipline.
• Provide and manage BOM creation and releases for steering systems products.
• Ensure on-time technical data and readiness for series production.
