Baker Hughes is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer in Mexico to provide mechanical design support for ESP &Hpumps (Surface) systems and related downhole equipment. You will collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver robust designs.

The role requires 5+ years in mechanical design, proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks/NX) and ERP tools (TeamCenter, SAP), and fluent English. You will implement design changes, produce design reports, and support cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably oilfield/downhole equipment.
• Solid knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks/NX) and basic design methods.

Responsabilidades

• Provide mechanical design support for ESP & Hpumps (Surface) Systems Group.
• Support improvements to existing completion equipment and downhole systems.
• Implement design changes as required and demonstrate via calculations and GD&T.
• Prepare design reports and support production, manufacturing, field, and quality teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to incorporate client feedback.
