Flowserve Corporation in Mexico seeks a Design Engineer to prepare complex 3D/CAD drawings and BOMs for skid-packaged compressor and vacuum systems. You will create layouts for pumps, vessels, heat exchangers, valves and piping, ensuring compliance with global standards and specifications.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and proficiency in SolidWorks and Windchill, with knowledge of ASME B31.1/31.3 and EN13480.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–3 years' experience in industrial pressure piping design.
• Proficient with 3D modelling and 2D drafting software (SolidWorks or equivalent).
• Experience with GD&T and piping codes (ASME B31.1/B31.3, EN13480).

Responsabilidades

• Develop and prepare drawings, plans, P&IDs, layouts and BOM from engineering specs.
• Review and interpret design specifications for each project.
• Select materials and components based on project specs and compatibility.
• Create manufacturing documents including BOMs and SAP master data.
• Ensure conformity with directives and standards and support supplier reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Engineering and Project Management across projects.
