Jabil is seeking an Industrial Engineer SME II to plan, design, implement, and manage integrated production and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the production site or region.

The Industrial Engineer SME II will lead cross-functional projects, drive continuous improvement, and mentor engineers while helping standardize SAP/MES configurations and IE best practices across the organization.

Formación

• Understanding and application of a broad range of industrial engineering tools.
• Knowledge of SAP and MES configurations helpful.
• Strong financial and analytical ability including P&L, planning, delivery.
• Experience with change management and cost reduction programs.
• Excellent communication and safety standards awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site or regional IE projects to eliminate waste using standard IE processes.
• Evaluate large-scale challenges in workforce utilization and facility layout.
• Lead cross-functional projects to optimize complex large-scale initiatives.
• Act as SME for IE systems and practices across regions.
• Develop and standardize IE best practices with data.
• Coach and mentor engineers within IE and other teams.
