Jabil in Mexico seeks a planning systems expert to standardize processes, drive KPI visibility, and implement automation across regional teams. You will enhance data accuracy and reporting through Power BI and SAP-based tools, impacting multiple sites.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP/MRP experience, and English fluency, with collaboration across IT, Operations, and Quality to deliver training and documentation for widespread adoption.

Formación

• Strong understanding of planning processes, supply chain operations, and performance management.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data management, analysis and support VBA macro automations.
• Experience with RPA, automation, process improvement, or system implementation is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical process, reporting, and system improvements.
• Fluent conversational and written English is mandatory for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for planning tools, processes, reporting, and systems.
• Support development and deployment of RPA and automation solutions.
• Provide troubleshooting for planning tools and coordinate with IT.
• Develop and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards (KPIs).
• Review and standardize planning procedures and checklists.
• Support planning-related procedures including RMA, MPS alignment, and EOL.
• Develop MCP tools and connectivity (IEDB-SAP-RR) to standardize processes.
• Create training materials, documentation, and wiki to support adoption.
• Support management KPI reviews and audits by consolidating delivery metrics.
• Collaborate with Planning, IT, Operations, Quality, and cross-functional teams.
