Jabil in Mexico is seeking an experienced procurement specialist to act as a primary partner for Buyers, guiding standardized processes and driving tool deployment. You will support supplier relations, document workflows, and lead UAT for system enhancements, ensuring alignment with demand planning and MRP.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years in procurement or supply chain operations. Power BI skills and SAP purchasing knowledge are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, with 2+ years in procurement or supply chain.
• Solid understanding of SAP Purchasing modules and PO execution.
• APICS/CPIM or ISM certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct support to Buyers by resolving routine and advanced system inquiries.
• Guide purchasing teams to adhere to standardized procurement processes and workflows.
• Assist managing supplier relations and adoption of supplier tools.
• Map and document business processes, policies, and standard work instructions.
• Lead testing and rollout of new tools, gathering functional requirements.
• Define and conduct functional training for new hires and team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning with demand management, MRP, and lead times.
