Eaton's ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Supervisory Purchases role in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. You will lead direct and indirect material procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and guide Buyers to meet MRBR and DOH targets, while improving inventory and schedules.

You will manage the Juarez supply base, lead cost-out initiatives, and drive Lean/Continuous Improvement with a focus on timely deliveries and strong team leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration / industrial engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years using SAP in procurement.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Working knowledge of MRP systems and production processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negotiation skills with cost-out experience.
• Energetic with a sense of urgency and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Lead supplier negotiations for direct and indirect materials.
• Direct and mentor Buyers to meet targets and schedules.
• Manage supply base and act as main contact at Juarez facility.
• Drive lean/continuous improvement and cost-out opportunities.
• Escalate issues affecting weekly shipping or production.
• Provide training and guidance to buyers and implement standard work.
• Support plant assessments and action-item follow-through.
