Yanfeng Seating in Ciénega de Flores, NL, is seeking a Materials Manager to lead the material department and drive inventory control and KPI improvements. You will oversee cycle counting, reporting, and ERP-based processes, coordinating with supply chain activities to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, robust ERP knowledge (SAP/QAD), strong Excel/data analysis skills, and excellent English communication.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP and QAD.
• Proficient with Excel and data analysis.
• Proficient in using OIL to record, track, and solve problems.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the monthly cycle inventory and related reporting.
• Manage inventory control and KPI improvements.
• Drive material department training and SOPs.
• Develop and execute resource plans and recruitment plans.
• Oversee supply chain system construction and implementation.
• Coordinate audits for Supply Chain & Logistics.

Detailed R&R

ACTIVITIES

• Complete the external output information and report of the Department
• Develop departmental personnel plans and recruitment plans
• Department emergency/escalation issue handling
• Search for resource to support to solve roadblock issue internal department
• Material department personnel ability improvement
• Lead the monthly cycle inventory, make cycle counting report, inventory loss and profit analysis and have action plan for the difference
• Lead the emergency plan of material department
• Supply Chain system construction and implementation plan
• Supply Chain & Logistics audit
• Lead material monthly settlement
• Lead Inventory control overall management
• KPI monitor and leader KPI improvement
• Key user, system and standard procedure training
• Make training plan for material department

Qualification

Education: Ba/Ms degree (VI/VII level), area of education: engineering, transport, logistics, economy

Experience:

5 years or above relevant work experience in equivalent position

Experience in using ERP systems such as QAD/SAP

Proficient in using office software such as Excel and skilled in data analysis

Proficient in using OIL to record, track, and solve problems
