The IAC Group in Monterrey is seeking a Sr Materials Planner to ensure material availability for testing, pilot runs and mass production. You will analyze supplier releases in the QAD system and monitor critical suppliers, lead times, and deviations.

The role requires a Bachelor degree, 3–5 years of planning experience and advanced English, with a focus on FIFO, traceability, and KPI reporting to support continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience as Material Planner.
• Advanced English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze Supplier Release 830-862 in QAD System.
• Monitor and maintain supplier parameters to ensure good MRP.
• Monitor critical suppliers, lead times and deviations.
• Lead actions in response to supply risks, shortages or changes in demand.
• Participate in new project launches, securing materials for testing, pilot runs and mass production.
• Analyze demand variations and develop planning scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO, batch, expiry and traceability policies.
• Develop and present KPIs for the department.
• Propose and implement planning and logistics process improvements.

Materials Planner Sr.

General Description

• Analisys of Supplier Release 830-862 in QAD System.
• Monitor and maintain supplier parameters in QAD accordingly to make sure a good MRP.
• Monitor critical suppliers, lead times and deviations.
• Lead actions in response ro supply risks, shortages or changes in demand.
• Actively participate in new project launces, securing materials for testing, pilot runs and mass production.
• Analyse demand variations and develop planning scenarios.
• Ensure compliance with FIFO, batch, expiry and traceability policies.
• Develop and present key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.
• Propose and implement improvements to planning and logistics processes.

Activities

• Following up for in transit materials to assure the arrivals on time.
• Establish and monitor Raw material safety stock levels based on the plants ability to achieve schedule.
• Support the engineering change process as required by the Supply Chain Manager
• Participate with the SCM team to achieve targets, goals and objectives.
• Assist in the Management of the ECN process.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• Experience as Material Planner 3 – 5 years
• English - Advanced
