IAC Group is seeking a Materials & Logistics Coordinator to drive planning and supply chain activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will develop and monitor MRP processes, manage material requirements, and ensure timely delivery aligned with customer schedules.

The role requires experience in materials planning, automotive logistics, and collaboration across Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Quality and Suppliers. SAP/ERP proficiency and strong data analysis are essential.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in materials planning and automotive logistics.
• Experience in automotive industry (Tier 1 or 2) preferred.
• Experience in plastic injection moulding or continuous manufacturing desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and monitor MRP to ensure timely supply according to schedules.
• Analyse raw material requirements and manage stock levels to prevent stoppages and obsolescence.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, quality and suppliers to secure materials.
• Lead actions on supply risks, shortages or demand changes and participate in new project launches.

Responsabilities

• Develop and monitor short-, medium- and long-term material requirements planning (MRP).


• Analyse and manage raw material requirements.


• Ensure timely supply in accordance with customer schedules (EDI, releases, forecasts).


• Monitor and adjust stock levels to prevent production line stoppages, obsolete stock and excess inventory.

• Monitor critical suppliers, lead times and deviations.


• Lead actions in response to supply risks, shortages or changes in demand.


• Actively participate in new project launches, securing materials for testing, pilot runs and mass production.


• Analyse demand variations and develop planning scenarios.


• Ensure compliance with FIFO, batch, expiry and traceability policies.


• Participate in internal and external audits (IATF, clients).


• Develop and present key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.


• Propose and implement improvements to planning and logistics processes.


• Train or act as a technical mentor to junior planners.


• Schedule pick-ups.


• Liaise with logistics agents and customs officials.


• Manage actions to achieve logistics KPIs

Technical Skills

• MRP / ERP (SAP, QAD, Oracle or other).

Experiences

Requieres:

• 2 to 5 years’ experience in:


• Materials planning


• Automotive logistics


• Experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1 or Tier 2).


• Experience in plastic injection moulding or continuous manufacturing is desirable.
