Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into SpinCo; the role of Materials Supervisor is located at Guadalajara, North Campus. You will oversee materials management, covering purchasing, planning and inventory, reporting to Test Engineering Manager, and ensuring materials are in stock to meet production needs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Background in manufacturing.
• Experience in materials management.
• Experience in inventory management.
• Knowledge and use of Excel.
• Knowledge of database management.
• Experience using Baan, SAP or similar.
• Personnel management experience.
• Experience with test equipment, preventive maintenance and calibration control.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• English is a plus.
• Experience in testing and automation is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily activities of site materials management including purchasing, planning and inventory management.
• Assist with implementation of site materials management policies and procedures.
• Ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet requirements while maintaining inventory levels.
• Develop materials schedules and coordinate movement with purchasing, production and engineering.
• Assist with establishment and maintenance of the production control system.
