Qualifikationen

• Requires a BA/BS or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar procurement role in electronics manufacturing or EMS.
• Intermediate-advanced English (spoken and written).
• Experience with ocean freight and global logistics operations.
• ERP systems experience (SAP, Oracle, BAAN, JDE, Plex).
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior procurement staff.

Aufgaben

• Procure direct materials and manage supplier relationships.
• Review MRP outputs and handle PO lifecycle (place, expedite, reschedule, or cancel).
• Coordinate inbound shipments and international logistics activities.
• Lead supplier communications on pricing, delivery, and capacity.
• Support inventory control and reduce excess/obsolete materials.
• Prepare procurement reports, KPIs, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, Quality and Finance.
• Mentor procurement staff and participate in cross-functional planning.
