Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, SpinCo, planned for Q1 2027. If the spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo focusing on digital infrastructure for AI data centers and mission-critical applications.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in one or more disciplines of supply chain management and operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills to achieve favorable cost and service.
• Self-starter, highly motivated, autonomous work environment.
• Fluent in English (writing, speaking, understanding).
• Typically requires years of supply chain management experience or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, MPS end-to-end process.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with SQL, Data Management, Macro Implementation.
• Experience in MRP systems and Kinaxis.

Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of supply chain processes.
• Oversee methods and processes for new and existing products.
• Direct activities of supply chain managers and staff, including budgeting and cost control.
• Drive supply chain strategies to meet customer requirements and financial goals.
• Provide supplier management related to product development and integration.
