Flextronics - The Flex Company invites applications for a Material Planning Analyst based at Guadalajara North Campus. You will maintain materials and purchasing data, support production planning, and coordinate supplier certificates of conformance while tracking outsourced parts schedules.
Key responsibilities include opening WOs, generating shortages and excess reports, analyzing demand, and coordinating MOQs and PPVs with buyers. Strong MPS experience and English proficiency are preferred.

Job Summary Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we're calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara North, Campus. Reporting to the Materials Manager, this role will be responsible for maintaining materials/purchasing data, supply data and information to other production departments, coordinate contracts, maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers and maintain outsources parts schedules.
BA/BS or equivalent work experience. MPS experience or similar position. Stron experience in Materials Planning. English advance (spoken and written). Knowlodge in Kinaxis Fast Reponse. CTB and procurement knowledge. Experience with MS Office. Customer service experience.
