Flex in Guadalajara, North Site, is seeking a Master Scheduler to ensure on-time, efficient deliveries from raw materials to final goods. You will collaborate with materials, planning, and production teams to create daily schedules and track progress against deadlines.

The role requires a BS degree in Administration or engineering, solid production-control experience, and strong Excel/MRP skills. You will optimize capacity, manage demand, and report key metrics to drive zero-downtime operations.

Job Summary: Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we're calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Master Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Site. The Master Scheduler role is responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime.

Typical Day

• Create daily production schedules
• Supervise that deadlines are met
• Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization
• Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management
• Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues
• Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime
• Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials
• Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage
• Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues
• Provide training to staff members as required
• Report key metrics as required

Experience we're looking to add to our team

• BS degree in Administration, Engineering in electronics, mechatronics or related.
