Flex is seeking a Material Planning Analyst based in Flex GDL South, reporting to Materials Manager. This role ensures timely procurement and availability of direct materials to support production while maintaining optimal inventory and supplier performance.

Responsibilities include loading customer demand, releasing MRP requirements, coordinating with suppliers for on-time deliveries, monitoring shortages, expediting shipments, and maintaining planning and purchasing records.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Direct Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning management or Materials Management.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing customer relationships and material availability.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor shortages and elevate to customers, critical inventory, and material availability.
• Track shipments, expedite deliveries when needed, and coordinate logistics activities.
• Maintain inventory control, minimizing excess and obsolete materials.
• Maintain planning & purchasing records, reports, and metrics.
• Review ECOS impacts with internal and external customer.

Job Summary

What a typical day looks like:

• Analyze and load customer demand.
• Prepare and present Clear-to-Build status to internal and external customers.
• Release MRP requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of direct materials.
• Monitor shortages and elevate it to customers, critical inventory, and material availability to support production.
