IEE Sensing in Mexico is looking for a Supply Chain professional to join their team. The role involves responsibilities such as creating purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, and managing inventory levels. Candidates should have a degree in Finance or a related field, along with 1–3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry.

Fluency in English is required, with additional languages like German and French considered assets. IEE Sensing values creativity, teamwork, and a pro-active attitude within a dynamic multicultural environment.

Responsabilidades

• Creating purchase orders and general agreements.
• Handling non-production & production part procurement.
• Negotiating with suppliers.
• Managing material shortage.
• Creating and analyzing supplier forecasts.
• Evaluating suppliers.
• Processing ramp up scenarios for new products/suppliers.
• Processing EOP parts discontinuation.
• Following up on change management and logistics requirements.
• Following up on IEE KPIs, e.g., material availability.
• Monitoring inventory levels for production parts.
• SAP User for Module MM (Material Management).

Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Creating purchase orders and general agreements
• Handling non-production & production part procurement
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Managing material shortage
• Creating and analyzing supplier forecasts
• Evaluating suppliers
• Processing ramp up scenarios for new products and/or suppliers
• Processing EOP parts discontinuation
• Following up of change management and logistics requirement of IEE suppliers
• Following up on IEE KPI’s e.g. material availability
• Monitoring inventory levels for production parts
• SAP User for Module MM (Material Management)

You Would Need To Meet The Following Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business administration or related
• 1 – 3 years experience in equivalent position; automotive experience is an asset
• SAP/R3 knowledge in the modules MM (Material Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) are considered assets
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Key skills: ability to work autonomously in an international environment; creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude are imperative
• Fluency in English is required. German and French are considered as assets
