IEE Sensing Inc. in Mexico, Jalisco, is searching for a Supply Chain specialist to join their dynamic team. The role requires creating purchase orders and negotiating with suppliers, along with inventory monitoring and logistics management. Ideal candidates have a degree in Finance or Business Administration, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in an equivalent position; automotive experience is an asset.
• Fluency in English is required; German and French are considered assets.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Creating purchase orders and general agreements
• Negotiating with suppliers
• Creating and analyzing supplier forecasts
• Processing ramp up scenarios for new products and/or suppliers
• Following up of change management and logistics requirement of IEE suppliers
• Following up on IEE KPI’s e.g. material availability
• Monitoring inventory levels for production parts

You would need to meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business administration or related
• 1 – 3 years experience in equivalent position; automotive experience is an asset
• SAP/R3 knowledge in the modules MM) (Material Management) and SD (Sales and Distribution) are considered assets
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Key skills: ability to work autonomously in an international environment; creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude are imperative
• Fluency in English is required. German and French are considered as assets
