IEE Sensing Inc. in Mexico, Jalisco is seeking an experienced professional for its Supply Chain Management Department. Responsibilities include processing customer orders and invoices, analyzing customer forecasts, and coordinating production planning to meet delivery dates. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in English, and knowledge of SAP/R3. Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience leading customer service teams.
• Strong knowledge in SAP/R3 modules is a plus.
• Understanding of production planning processes.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Process customer orders and invoices.
• Analyze customer forecasts and orders.
• Help coordinate month and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor production planning to meet customer deadlines.
• Manage logistics requirements for IEE’s customers.

Your responsibilities would include:

• Processing of Customer Orders
• Processing of Customer and Intercompany Deliveries (in case if needed)
• Processing of Customer and Intercompany Invoices
• Analyzing Customer Forecast and Customer Orders
• Analyse production planning and detect constraints in process.
• Follow up with Production Planning / Buffer Management to meet Customer Due Date
• Coordinate month end /year end closing activities with Finance
• Processing of ramp up scenarios for new Customer Projects
• Follow up on Internal Project to meet Customer Requirements
• Follow up on Logistics requirement of IEE’s Customers (Platforms)

You would need to meet the following requirements:

• 5 years of experience at least in the position
• Lead the customer service team
• SAP/R3 knowledge in the modules SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Material Management) are considered assets
• Knowledge of production planning
• Fluency in English is required.
