Johnson Matthey Plc in Querétaro, Mexico, is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee a shift of warehouse operators and to ensure tasks are completed in line with JM supply and logistics procedures. The role focuses on daily shift activities and issuing assignments, with some weekly planning.

The successful candidate will drive operational accuracy, safety, and efficiency on the floor, coordinating resources and maintaining stock integrity while adhering to site policies and quality standards.

Formación

• Previous warehouse leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and safety compliance.
• Ability to manage daily shift activities and weekly planning.
