Johnson Matthey Plc in Querétaro is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to supervise a shift of warehouse operators and ensure daily tasks meet JM supply and logistics standards. You will guide the team, maintain safety and accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.

The role requires a proactive leader who can translate daily activities into weekly plans and continuously improve warehouse processes in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fully trained in warehouse operations
• Experience leading a shift or team (warehouse)
• Able to implement and follow site procedures

Responsabilidades

• Oversees a shift of warehouse operators and assigns daily tasks to the team
• Ensures daily activities align with JM supply and logistics procedural standards
• Contributes to weekly planning to optimise warehouse flow and performance

Warehouse Team Leader who has been fully trained and undertakes specific warehouse tasks and oversees a shift/team of warehouse operators to required site/JM supply and logistics procedural standards. Focuses on daily shift activities, and giving daily assignments to a shift; but with some activities requiring a weekly outlook.
