Eaton is seeking a CNC Programmer III to generate 3D/2D geometries and NC programs for precision parts, using Mastercam and NC equipment. You will optimize cycles, select cutting tools, and prepare manufacturing dossiers including setup cards and work instructions.

You will run first articles, train operators, and ensure quality data control. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and strict adherence to QMS and traceability.

Formación

• Engineering degree with 5+ years experience preferred.
• Mastercam hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of NC equipment (lathes and mills).
• Computer usage: advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Develop 3D/2D geometries from blueprints to generate NC programs.
• Create NC programs for lathes and mills; select cutting tools.
• Define tools, tool holders, inserts, etc.; model tooling geometries.
• Utilize NC equipment and manage programs via DNC system.
• Create manufacturing dossiers, setup cards, and work instructions.
• Use Mastercam for NC programming and run first articles for buy-off.
• Define cycle times for new parts and optimize for existing parts.
• Train and guide operations personnel; ensure QMS and traceability.
