PepsiCo Mexico City is seeking a Data Management Operations Analyst to join the Data Management and Operations (DMO) team. You will execute master data maintenance in SAP ECC, SAP WF, MDG, and S/4HANA, ensuring data quality, governance, and timely service delivery across global standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in computers, industrial engineering, MIS or related fields preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in Data Management- Material & BP Customer/Supplier.
• At least 1 year of experience in SAP Enterprise or MDG/S4 HANA preferred.
• System implementation, testing & baseline support experience a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel & VBA.

Responsabilidades

• Execute master data maintenance in SAP ECC, SAP WF, MDG, and S/4HANA environments.
• Ensure service delivery targets, SLAs, KPIs, and data quality.
• Apply PepsiCo data governance policies to ensure proper transaction processing and documentation.
• Review process documentation to align with evolving governance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve escalations and align priorities.
• Maintain knowledge of data models and end-to-end processes across regions.
• Support adoption of new tools and transformation initiatives in Data Management.
• Foster continuous improvement and customer service culture.
