Job summary

FreedUp is seeking an Executive Assistant with real marketing experience to support the US-based founder of a PR firm. You will act as the founder's operations partner, managing marketing, calendar and priorities from day one.

You will own in-house marketing—from social content to campaigns—and oversee vendors. After 60–90 days, you’ll begin direct client communications and scale responsibilities accordingly.

Qualifications

• Background in marketing, communications, PR or advertising (degree or experience).
• Proven hands-on marketing experience: social media, campaigns and content.

Responsibilities

• Own social media and content strategy for lead growth.
• Manage LinkedIn: posts, campaigns, DMs and engagement on founder's behalf.
• Plan and run ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta) and outbound emails; track KPIs.
• Oversee marketing vendors and freelancers; report performance to founder.
• Support PR and media outreach: drafts and tracking.
