Job summary

Speedrack West is seeking a Marketing Operations & Project Manager to turn ideas into delivered campaigns and AI-powered automations. You’ll work directly with the Marketing Manager to define priorities, plan sprints, and coordinate contributors across design, content, SEO, and paid advertising.

40 hours per week with overlap with our U.S.-based team. You’ll build and test AI workflows, document processes, and connect campaign results to actionable next steps, while ensuring quality and audience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Experience managing projects with multiple contributors.
• Strong marketing judgment: audiences, messaging, funnels, and measurable results.
• Experience building automations or internal tools.
• Practical use of Claude Code, Codex, Replit, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Confidence with ClickUp or a comparable project management platform.
• Clear English, initiative, and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Turn marketing ideas into clear priorities, project plans, and actionable sprints.
• Coordinate contributors across design, content, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Resolve blockers, manage deadlines, and review deliverables for quality and audience relevance.
• Build, test, and improve AI workflows, automations, and internal tools.
• Connect campaign results to practical recommendations and next steps.
• Document processes so the team can use and maintain what you build.
