Rockwell Automation, Inc. in Mexico is seeking an AI Project Manager to lead AI initiatives in a hybrid work model, coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

You will report to the AI Strategy & Transformation Lead and drive project plans, governance, dashboards, and pilot launches to deliver on strategic initiatives. The role requires 5+ years of program management experience, advanced English, and certifications such as PMP/Agile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in managing programs or projects.
• Experience leading programs.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience with AI, automation, digital products, analytics, CRM, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, or related certifications.
