Acxiom Corporation in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to lead data operations, campaign execution support, and reporting across marketing and CRM systems. You will optimize databases, ensure data quality, and partner with global and regional teams on acquisition workflows, governance, and automation using Marketo, Salesforce, Power BI, SQL, and Python.

• Proficient English Speaking and Writing.
• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Automation.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce CRM required.
• Experience managing marketing databases, lead lifecycle processes, and data governance initiatives.
• Comfortable working with Power BI dashboards, SQL queries, and Python-based workflows or reporting processes.
• Familiarity with marketing operations tools such as Hightouch and Cloudingo preferred.
• Familiarity with webinar, event, and content syndication campaigns.
• Experience building process automations using Power Automate.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing data.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and execute demand generation list operations across Marketo and Salesforce, including data uploads and reviews.
• Build, maintain, and optimize segmentations and lists.
• Create and manage database hygiene campaigns to standardize and enrich data quality.
• Monitor database health, integrity, and compliance across systems.
• Build Salesforce reports and dashboards to support marketing visibility and pipeline tracking.
• Develop and maintain database reports to monitor acquisition performance and data quality.
