Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Paid Marketing intern within the Fintech team to test, evaluate and improve AI models for creative content and campaigns. You will safeguard quality of images and videos and maintain dashboards in Excel and Monday.

You’ll craft compelling presentations for diverse stakeholders, validate Spanish grammar, and support end-to-end influencer campaigns, from outreach to review timelines. Fluency in English and proactive, organized work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Student to be graduated in 1 year in Communications, Marketing, Literature and Language or related.
• Experience or knowledge on AI platforms, Spanish written content (scripts or guidelines are preferred), copywriting and project management.
• Soft skills: Proactivity, organization, problem solving, accountability, responsibility, adaptability, clear communication and management skills are essential for this role.
• Hard skills: Project management, Spanish language, copywriting, Excel, Monday, Asana and social media are key for this role.
• Fluent English and Spanish (native).

Responsibilities

• Content & Visual Asset quality assurance: Review static images and video assets to ensure alignment with quality standards, compliance guidelines, and creative strategy specifications.
• AI Training & Feedback Loop: Audit AI-generated evaluations, identify errors or inconsistencies, and provide structured feedback to train the AI model, improving its precision, reliability, and review efficiency.
• Presentations & Storytelling: Prepare clear, visually engaging slide presentations to communicate campaign results, AI evaluation insights, and operational updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Grammar & Linguistic Validation: Leverage native Spanish grammar and vocabulary to evaluate and refine content reviews, influencer briefs, and AI text outputs.
• Dashboard & Data Management: Regularly update, maintain, and structure tracking dashboards in both Excel and Monday to monitor project progress, influencer status, and review timelines.
• Influencer Campaign Support: Assist in managing and coordinating end-to-end influencer marketing projects, including outreach, campaign tracking, deliverable collection, and content review.
