DiDi is seeking a motivated Communication and Culture Intern to join our Sales Operation team in Mexico City. You will shape how we communicate with our sales force, ensuring our core values shine across internal channels while gaining hands-on experience in corporate communications, events, and AI-driven design.

You will craft newsletters, assist with events, leverage AI to create visuals, and manage pulse surveys to improve team morale and culture.

Competenze

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field with availability for a 1 year internship.
• Foundational understanding and hands-on management of AI tools to optimize communications and creative output.
• Strong writing and editing skills are required.
• Excellent empathy and high emotional intelligence to connect with diverse personalities.
• English proficiency is a plus.

Mansioni

• Crafting content (newsletters, announcements, scripts, videos) for the Commercial and Sales Operations teams.
• Assisting with planning and executing internal events and recognition programs.
• Using AI tools to generate visuals, draft communications, and streamline feedback loops.
