Job summary

HP Inc. is seeking a Marketing Capabilities Program Lead - Learning & Engagement to design and deliver learning programs via the MCE Academy. Lead content curation, learning experiences, and communications to drive learner engagement in HP's Marketing and Corporate Affairs functions.

You will apply adult learning principles, utilize AI to accelerate content development, and partner across teams to ensure successful program delivery and an engaging learner experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in learning and development, program management, communications, employee engagement, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing multiple programs or learning experiences in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.
• Experience developing and curating learning content and learner resources.

Responsibilities

• Curate and develop high-quality learning content, modules, toolkits, and job aids.
• Translate business needs into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Apply adult-learning principles to practical solutions.
• Leverage generative AI to accelerate content development and learning design.
• Develop communications and engagement plans to drive program adoption.
• Create learner communications, newsletters, campaigns, and program updates.
• Leverage AI to accelerate communications planning and content creation.
• Support design and delivery of learning programs, live events, and capability-building initiatives.
• Manage program plans, timelines, enrollment, speakers, materials, and platforms.
• Partner with team members and subject matter experts to ensure delivery.
• Manage the MCE Academy site with current learning pathways.
• Track participation and outcomes; use insights to improve engagement and effectiveness.
• Provide program updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
