Johnson Controls is seeking a Training Coordinator to develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for its manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Safety, Quality, and HR to onboard new hires, manage training records, and drive continuous process improvement.

You will coordinate materials development, such as operator instructions and manuals, and support training plans across shifts, ensuring accuracy and job readiness.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.

Mansioni

• Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for operations and quality.
• Coordinate classroom and on-the-job training for production staff.
• Maintain training records, matrices, and plans.
• Create training materials such as operator instructions and manuals.
• Support new hire orientation with safety and production processes.
• Coordinate employee transfers between jobs and shifts.
• Assist audits to measure training effectiveness.
• Support process changes and process controls related to training.
• Participate in cross-functional training-related improvements.
