Descripción de la vacante

Danfoss Mexico is seeking an Industrial Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support development and production launches, acting as a key liaison between our teams and customers to improve project success and satisfaction.

You will lead Lean activities (Kaizen, 5S), maintain plant visuals, and use Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate) while ensuring ISO-14001/45001 compliance and a safe working environment.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
Proficiency in data analysis.
Experience with Lean Tools/Continuous Improvement.
Leadership abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Advanced English required.

Responsabilidades

Support and/or participate in Continuous Improvement Activities such as Kaizen and cost-out initiatives.
Lead 5S program and audits.
Maintain all plant visuals (boards, banners, charts) and develop in-house.
Use of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate).
Support on Danfoss Business System initiatives.
Comply with health and safety standards and ISO-14001/45001 requirements and environmental/safety management systems.
Maintain the quality system to achieve ISO-14001 certification.
