Valeo in Mexico's San Luis Potosí site seeks an Industrialization Engineer to lead the industrialization of the new P1 and to improve production efficiency across its perimeter. You will capitalize and share know-how of industrial processes and participate in the design of new equipment and lines with suppliers.

Responsibilities include leading Lean design workshops, following supplier development, and performing trials with reports to ensure readiness for FDPR.

Formación

• Engineering degree required.
• Experience in production and industrialization.
• Knowledge of PFMEA and control plans is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the industrialization of the new P1.
• Improve production efficiency on machines and direct labor.
• Capitalize and share know-how of industrial processes.
• Participate in design of new equipment and lines.
• Follow equipment and lines development with suppliers.
• Validate supplier proposals and define acceptance criteria.
• Perform trials on lines and deliver reports.
• Prepare action plans to be ready for FDPR.
• Set up equipment and validate process capabilities.
• Contribute to PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN.
