Valeo North America Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead induction and training for operators, ensure adherence to safety, quality, and TPM standards, and coordinate daily production priorities with the Supply Chain team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead induction and training for newcomers and temporaries.
• Plan and schedule training actions for APZ and operators.
• Monitor safety rules, environment risk, and quality standards on the floor.
• Conduct operator appraisals, salary reviews and career interviews.
• Ensure TPM standards, 5S, and ok-start practices are followed.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain on daily priorities and MPS.
• Prepare and present weekly SQCDM performance and improvements.
