Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead manufacturing engineering activities. You will oversee process development, improvements, and changes to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.

You will guide teams, apply Lean principles (5S, TPM, Kaizen), and use PFMEA and control plans to reduce risks and costs while enhancing equipment utilization. Strong English and collaboration skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering, process development, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts (5S, TPM, Kaizen, VSM, SMED) and statistical methods.
• Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software such as AutoCAD and Minitab.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and production methods.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, Kaizen, VSM and SMED.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions using quality tools.
• Manage engineering change projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and develop technical support personnel and establish training programs.
