Siemens Mobility in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production operators on the assigned shift. You will ensure KPI targets for safety, quality, and delivery are achieved while maintaining company culture and procedures.

You will review schedules, coordinate staffing, train new hires, manage inventory, and drive 6S compliance. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and coordinates the activities of production operators.
• Ensures shift KPIs in safety, quality, delivery, and culture are met.
• Reviews daily production schedules and finalizes the shift work plan.
• Directs shift personnel in operations per policies, including safety training.
• Coordinates workflow and fosters teamwork to meet shift objectives.
• Identifies causes of KPI failures and prepares recovery plans.
• Reports KPI issues to Production/Plant Manager and proposes corrective actions.
• Prepares forms for employees and routes them for approval.
• Manages inventory levels and creates purchase orders as needed.
• Provides orientation and safety training for new employees.
• Maintains the 6S standard across the shift.
• Available for overtime as required.

Manufacturing Supervisor

Essential Job Functions

• 1.Supervises and coordinates the activities of production operators.
• 2.Responsible for ensuring that the assigned shift meets the key performance indicators (KPIs) in the areas of safety, production quality, delivery, and company culture.
• 3.Conducts a daily review of production schedules to finalize the department’s work plan and staffing assignments for the shift.
• 4.Supervises and directs shift personnel in carrying out operations in accordance with the company’s operational principles, policies, and procedures. This includes training in safety, safety procedures, and accident prevention.
• 5.Coordinates workflow and fosters teamwork to achieve departmental or shift objectives.
• 6.Anticipates and identifies the causes of KPI failures during the shift.
• 7.Reports promptly to the Production Manager and/or Plant Manager when KPI failures occur. Assesses the impact on overall operations and prepares recovery plans and corrective actions.
• 8.Prepares the necessary forms for employees and forward them to the Production Manager and/or Human Resources for approval.
• 9.Manages inventory levels and creates purchase orders as needed.
• 10.Provides orientation and training for new employees, including safety policies and procedures.
• 11.Ensure that the 6S standard is maintained.
• 12.Be available to work overtime as needed.
