Carrier is seeking a Production Supervisor in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive SQDC objectives. You will supervise production personnel, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities include leading a safe, collaborative team, monitoring KPIs, and applying Lean and Kaizen methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in production supervision in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing direct labor and leading production teams.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to monitor and improve production KPIs.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with a focus on productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Reduce scrap rates and improve manufacturing line productivity.
• Coordinate activities to resolve material and logistics issues that could impact production.
• Support production scheduling and workflow sequencing to optimize operational performance.
• Ensure all quality-related documentation and processes comply with established standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and support customer requirements.
• Participate in process innovation and manufacturing improvement initiatives.

About The Role
