Oferta confidencial is seeking an experienced engineer to develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying product designs and methods. The role focuses on leading continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing layouts and equipment to boost efficiency.

The candidate will use Lean Six Sigma and project management tools, read blueprints, and contribute to GMP/quality system compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Minitab; read blueprints and drawings.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and project management tools preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead CI initiatives including equipment upgrades and layout optimization.
• Collaborate with operations to drive continuous improvement on the production floor.
• Develop project savings calculations and monthly impact reports.
• Analyze product requirements to design and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Ensure GMP, ISO/QMS compliance and participate in validation activities.
• Manage engineering changes and update BOMs, routings, and drawings.
• Present production metrics in cross-functional meetings.
• Solve complex engineering problems with minimal supervision.
