Procter & Gamble is seeking a Facilities & Utilities Startup Leader at the Alce Blanco plant in Naucalpan, State of Mexico. You will support execution of startup activities and collaborate with the team to implement new ideas and improve processes.

This managerial role emphasizes working within policies, safety, stewardship requirements, and local objectives, with opportunities to own projects from day one.

Formación

• Hard knowledge of external stewardship requirements and tax considerations.
• Understanding internal stewardship processes including procure-to-pay.
• Basic knowledge of facilities, utilities, startup activities and related technical processes.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of strategies within the Facilities & Utilities team.
• Participate in development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, and products under appropriate guidance.
• Lead or support specific facilities and utilities startup activities with clearly defined objectives at the local or site level.
• Collaborate effectively with the immediate team and relevant work areas to maximize business impact and personal learning.
• Perform assigned activities while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and stewardship requirements.
