• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• English proficiency at 90% in written and spoken forms.
• 8+ years of relevant manufacturing/engineering experience.
• Analytical ability and strong communication skills.
• Experience supervising manufacturing staff and projects.
• Knowledge of project management principles and supplier coordination.
• Negotiation and prioritization skills.
• Strategic planning with cross-functional teams.
