Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Training Specialist in Ciudad Juárez to drive training initiatives that support process improvements and foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

You will develop, implement, and maintain training programs tailored to production teams, conduct sessions to ensure adherence to processes and quality standards, and collaborate with engineers to update content based on changes.

• Experience in manufacturing process training in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Ability to develop training materials and deliver sessions.

In this role, you will impact the overall manufacturing performance by driving effective training initiatives that support process improvements, reduce errors, and foster a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing process training programs tailored to the needs of production teams.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure employees understand and adhere to manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers and process owners to update training content based on process changes and improvements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements to training materials and delivery methods.

YOU MUST HAVE

• Experience in manufacturing process training or a related field within a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Ability to develop training materials and deliver effective training sessions.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and tools.

WE VALUE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing process training or manufacturing operations.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate trainees.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
