You will collaborate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and customers to ensure product integrity, cost optimization, and timely implementation of changes. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 1–3 years' experience, strong analysis, good communication, and English proficiency. Hybrid work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 1-3 years of engineering experience.
• Basic understanding of cable assemblies, wire harnesses, connectors, and electromechanical products.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilidades

• Support existing cable assembly products throughout their lifecycle.
• Review and implement engineering changes and documentation updates.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Support validation activities and qualification testing.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Maintain drawings, specifications, BOMs, and technical records.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams.
• Support customer technical inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with TE and customer requirements.
